Essay

The program of enteral therapy was included into the complex treatment (selective digestive decontamination, prebiotics and probiotics, correction of intestinal motility, mechanical bowel cleaning, early enteral tube feeding). Use of several ways of infecting of acute pancreatitis prophylactic lead to decrease of infected pancreatitis incidence on 7,66%, decrease of open operations from 20,48% to 12,82%, and decrease of overall mortality to 0,43% (in 1,72 times).
