Shinkaruk J. Legal principles of organization and the activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukrainian People's Republic in the period of Directory (November 1918 - 1921)

The complex historic-juridical analysis of legal ground of organization and activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukrainian People's Republic in period of Directory is done in the dissertation on the basis of study of the legal rules the source, archive documents and materials. The legal base of the establishment, reorganization and the activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, its structure, features of function in the specific historical situation, law-forming, authorising the law enforcement agencies and public maintenance order organizations, other activities are searched in the thesis. The Ministry's of Internal Affairs acts and other normative documents concerning the militia activities are analysed. Special attention is paid to the legal characteristics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Statute (1921).
