Essay

The work is devoted to the research of the processes of legal integration of Ukraine into the European Union. In this work the questions of the legal mechanism of the European integration as a whole, and functioning of the European Union in particular are analyzed, its legal nature is characterized. The special attention in this research is given to illumination of the theoretical legal problems of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the legislation of the European Union. Legal basis and maintenance of cooperation between Ukraine and EU are characterized, condition and prospects of their development and perfection are analyzed.
