Avdeev V. Respiratory disorders and their prophylactic in patients with portal hypertension due to liver cirrhosis

. Author studied disorder in organs of external breathing of patients with liver cirrhosis, complicated by portal hypertension. The method of respiratory disorders' correction by extracorporeal ultrafiltration and sorption of ascitic fluid with its following intravenous reinfusion is proposed. The possible complications in respiratory system during that procedure execution were investigated and the ways of their prophylactic are proposed. The morphological changes in lungs of such patients are studied. The comparative analysis of calcium channel blockers, inhibitors of angiotensin-converting enzyme and ?-adrenoreceptor blockers influence on system, central and splanchnic haemodynamics and organs of external breathing functioning in patients with liver cirrhosis, complicated by portal hypertension.
