Ivershenko L. The constitutional human right of private property in Ukraine and providing its realization by the law enforcement bodies

The thesis is dedicated to research of the constitutional human right of private property and providing its realization by the law enforcement bodies. The author analyzes the genesis of human right of private property, the state of its scientific development in the theory of constitutional law as well as its legal providing depending on various historical periods. On the basis of scientific literature analysis the work contains the author's view on general concept and essence of the constitutional human right of private property and its legal regulation in Ukraine. The role of law enforcement bodies in providing the constitutional human right of private property as well as forms and methods of their activity in this sphere are being researched. The author gives propositions on improvement of legislation with the aim to regulate effectively the constitutional human right of private property. He also proposes on the process of providing the mentioned right by the law enforcement bodies.
