Object of research: processes of financial and eco-nomic activity of trading enterprises under conditions of modern reformation of economy and forming of economic basis of the extended reproduction. Purpose of research: development of scientific and scientifically-methodical ba-sis of forming of economic terms of reproduction develop-ment of enterprises on the basis of complex analytical esti-mations. Methods of research: systems analysis; methods of economic analysis: comparative, grouping; factor analy-sis, correlation analysis; method of questioning; economic and mathematical modeling; modern computer technolo-gies. Results: defined the complex of requirements from the side of society of necessity of saving of natural, mate-rial resources and observance of terms of ergonomics and economic safety; the mechanism of the credit adjusting of reproduction process of enterprises on the basis of the use of new bank products is developed; the financial indicators of development of economy, estimation of enterprises on the types of economic activity from point of further repro-duction development are developed. Novelty: the neces-sary economic terms of reproduction development of enter-prises are first certain; improved: methods of analysis of financial and economic equilibrium as element of economic safety; system of financial performance indicators of enter-prises; approach to determination of requirements to the enterprises from the side of society orienting enterprises on saving of material resources and environment, respond to the technological, social, ergonomics, aesthetic, economic and financial conditions, and also safe terms of mainte-nance of buyers; determination of socio-economic mission of auction enterprise; the financial indicators of develop-ment of economy of Ukraine, financial availability of commodities for the population are offered, indexes of de-termination of estimation of place of enterprise in an econ-omy on the whole and perspective of his reproduction de-velopment taking into account modern transformations of economy; mechanism of the credit adjusting of reproduc-tion process of enterprises on the basis of the use of new bank products; the state levers of support of activity of en-terprise by application of economic facilities of influencing got further development.
