Kerimov S.G. Representation according to the law of Ukraine's Civil Law. - Manuscript. Science-Researching of Private Law and Small Business of Ukraine, Kiev, 2006. Dissertation is devoted to analysis of representation in Civil Law of Ukraine. The main aim of dissertation is determining of matter and meaning of representation by Law in modern conditions. Searching the matter of representation's category characteristics in Civil Law, variety of those are representations by Law. To the detail analysis are given the reasons and kinds of representation's emergence and forming of representation's categories. Also are searching some occasions of representation in Law. By this analysis were brought the proposes as for the improving of Ukraine's standards in Civil Code.
