Dissertation is devoted to complex research of information with the limited access. First at scientific level the research of notion and signs of information with the limited access is conducted, to determination of its separate kinds, and determination of secret, as mode of information with the limited access. In dissertation is consistently explored notions and types of information, its place in the system of objects of civil law and correlation with other objects. That information with the limited access is in the mode of secret, which determines access to her and its appeal. The features of separate types of information are analyzed with the limited access, namely: secrets of private life (whichmake personal that domestic to the secret), commercial secret professional that duty to the secret. Suggestions are formulated in relation to perfection of civil legislation of Ukraine.
