Lasko G. Legal nature of representation in civil procedure.

The thesis deals with the theoretical grounds of the main concepts and to the analysis of the peculiarities of legal representation in civil procedure. Historical and legal stages of the origin and development of the civil procedure representation have been investigated. The study defines the notion, contents and classification of the representation in civil procedure, highlights the aim and tasks of the procedural representation in the course of the civil legal proceedings. The work outlines the peculiarities of particular aspects of procedural representation, taking into account considerable increase in membership of persons able to appear as procedural representatives. It also outlines the tendencies in the development of the institution of representation in civil procedure. The importance of the procedural representation in the commercial and criminal proceedings is also analysed.
