This Thesis is devoted to the study of clinico-morphofunctional characteristics of adenomyosis influenced by hormonotherapy for the purpose of treatment improvement. cytological, and morphological tests have been conducted along with statistic review of their findings. Based on such findings of the tests, clinico-acoustic parallels have been drawn in adenomyosis including hystologic explanation of echoscopic pattern compared to hormonal balance shifts depending on the form and stage of the process. A method for diagnostic cytological examination of apoptosis level has been proposed and scientifically grounded as the criterion of adenomyosis hormonal treatment efficiency. The author found that adenomyosis hormonotherapy based on clinico-echo-morphofunctional characteristics of the process, nature of hormonal disorders, and cytological apoptosis level of eutopic endometrium during the progress of examination significantly increases the treatment efficiency to 72.5% (1.6 times) compared to the traditional therapy using standard schemes.
