Chabanna O. Hypolipidemic therapy at patients with essential hypertension at combination with ischemic heart disease: tactic of setting and control of efficiency

It is set that development of essential hypertension at combination with ischemic heart disease is accompanied by development of functional violations and structural changes of vascular wall,by development of endotelial disfunction,dislipoproteidemia and disbalance in the system of cytokines,and also violation in the simpathoadrenal system.Almost identical efficiency of preparations is rotined liponorum,simvastatin and combination of preparations of simvastatin and omega-3-polyunsaturated fatty acid in correction of violations of lipid's metabolism. However antiflammation and endoteliym-protected effects were far higher at patients after application of monotherapy by preparation of simvastatin,and especially after application of the combined therapy by preparations of simvastatin and omega-3-polyunsaturated fatty acid.The recommendations of the differentiated choice of the nosotropic conditioned hypolipidemic therapy was developed at with patients essential hypertension at combination with ischemic heart disease,which consisted in diagnostics of endotelial disfunction,violations of lipids metabolism and proinflammatory cytokines with setting to such patients of the combined therapy as preparations of simvastatin and omega-3-polyunsaturated fatty acid
