Scheblykina I. The leasing development for guarantee replenishment of agricultural enterprises main means

The objects of investigations: organizational-economic prosses of fixed means renewal of agricultural enterprises in Kyiv region with using of lease activity as an alternative form of investment. The purpose of investigations: search of ways of development of lease relations theoretical-methodologic bases and ways of improvement and increasing of lease activity efficiency in agriculture are studied. The methods of investigations: dialecticial, historical-economic, monographic, statistical-economic, comparison, graphical, calculation-constructional, forecasting. Theoretical results: The classification of commercial lease functions is completed; Lease as a form of cash supplying of commodity producers fixed means renewal that are under the temporary production using whith right of futher redemption by leaseholder are determined; Necessity of using of tax advantages from investments directed at lease development are based; The propositions on moving an amendments to legislative documents regulated of lease relations are developed. Practical results: Determined that further reduction of investment activity level and technical supplying of agricultural enterprises lead to deindustrialization of production and caused to necessity of lease using; The specialities of formation, place, role, and tendentions of agricultural lease development are determined; The advisability of using of regressive form of lease payments counting with advances prepayments is proved. The novelts: for the first time, on the base of economical-mathematical model of agricultural production optimization, the perspective necessity in means of lease fond for agriculture of Kyiv region by districts are developed and its share in the sourses of investment recourses is demonstrated.
