Thesis devoted to the theoretical ground of choice of forms and directions of organizational-structural development of production enterprise. There were worked out methodical recommendations for determination of expedience of realization of integration increase strategy of the production enterprise and algorithm of management by his structural development. It was reasoned that enterprise’s structural development must be implemented by creating those structural elements that produce considerable added value. For this there was developed a matrix for valuable resources evaluation at the enterprise.
