Thesis is devoted to the decision of problems of becoming and functioning of small enterprises theoretical and applied in Ukraine. Influencing of taxes is exposed, as to the factor of activity of small enterprises and the analysis of interdependence of development of small enterprise and region is conducted. Suggestions in relation to the improvement of estimation of efficiency of work of small enterprises in a region are developed the expedience of introduction of doradnitscoi model that led to in the enterprise with the purpose of increase of dohidnosti small commodity enterprises.
