Dissertation is devoted to the problem forming of humane mutual relations in child's choral collective. The state of the explored problem is analysed in a theory and method of teaching, what essence of notion is specified on the basis of "humanity" "humane mutual relations". The specific of musical pedagogical activity of leader of child's choral collective is defined, modern approaches are selected to the increase of efficiency of work with such collectives. Maintenance, structure and criteria of formed of humane mutual relations are determined at the participants of choral collective. Pedagogical conditions are theoredical argued and experimentical checked and promote to the humanization of educational process in an amateur collective. It is led to, that forming of humane mutual relations in child's choral collective takes place when a leader labours for organizational in the activity of unity, educational and artistic-creative components. Substantive provisions are inculcated to the educational process of higher educational establishments of culture and arts.
