Fuchadzhi N. Optimization of shelling technological process of selfsereal cultures

A research object is the of selfcereal cultures shelling process by a shock; the purpose of work is development of scientific and technological bases of selfcereal cultures shelling process by a shock. Scientifically grounded use of direct shock at shelling of selfcereal cultures; the theoretical model of mechanism and kinematics of selfcereal cultures shelling process by a shock, that allows to determine the optimum modes of treatment taking into account physic-mechanical properties of grain is developed; mathematical dependence of efficiency and power-hungryness of selfcereal cultures shelling process is set on frequency of rotation of strings, value of distance from the axis of rotation of string to the point of shock string with grain and load; the new flowsheet of cereal production is offered from selfcereal cultures, that eliminates operation of sorting on faction before shelling, due to introduction of shelling device of shock action. Results of the conducted researches it is approved with a positive result at the Akimovka mixed fodder plant, a scientific and technical document is passed on the design-engineering enterprise of "КТЕP" for introduction in production of shelling devices of shock action. The enterprises of processing of grain are a purview on cereal.
