Makiyenko V. Local application of ozone in complex treatment of patients with thermal defeats of extremities

The Object: Burns of the overhead and lower endings in patients which got in composition a holiatry a soda pop in the chamber of own construction and plastic B/Ss-insulators. Research purpose - to improve the results of treatment of sick with burns extremities by application of local ozonetherapy due to diminishing of number of local complications and reduction of terms of treatment. Metods: analysis of blood, wet, biochemistry of blood; research of the antioxidant system and research of the oxydant system; cytology; bacteriological; statistical. Novelty: The algorithm of treatment of burn with burns is first developed in the different phases of wound process and at presence of complications by the soda pop of ozone - by air mixture; the method of sterilization of bed ''Кlinitron'' is first developed at treatment of sick with burns extremities and trunk. Results: The algorithm of treatment of sick with superficial and deep burns extremities is developed with the use of local ozonetherapy, which improve the results of treatment of sick with burns wounds; applied - in medical practice, in an educational process; field- medicine.
