Luchitskiy V. Features of the andrological status at pseudocryptorchidism and ground of the differentiated approaches to therapy of found out violations

Work is devoted to the study of features of а the andrological status and functional state of the hypofуse--gonadal system at teenager males with pseudocryptorchidism in the during pubertacy and also research of influencing of pseudocryptorchidism on the state of fertility at youths and adult men. 148 males are inspected in age from 11 to 27 years with pseudocryptorchidism, 20 males in age 16 - 26 years with primary hypogonadism, 17 males in age 16 - 30 years with the secondary hypogonadism, 99 of healthy males 11 - 27 years were included into control group.By the results of the conducted researches it was found out predominating at pseudocryptorchid patients with delayed pubertacy normogonadopic hypogonadism, which was accompanied by absolute and relative androgen insufficiency. It was set, that substantial role in pathogenesis of violations of fertility at pseudocryptorchidism belongs to low realization of the lutropine on the peripheral link of the hypofyse--gonadal system.The necessity of the differentiated therapy (hormone-reduced therapy, chorionic-gonadotropine therapy and combined therapy) was approved in the case of delaye pybertacy in pseudocryptorchid males. The algorithm of treatment of pseudocryptorchidism is developed depending on age. It was set, that the most therapeutic effect 66,7% is achieved at the early (to 11- 12 years) beginning of f treatment
