Glebova N. Investment processes control on an enterprise in the conditions of risk

Object of research is investment processes at the industrial enterprises; the purpose of work is the further development of theoretical rules (situations) and scientific–methodical maintenance on a substantiation both development of the methodical approaches and practical recommendations to acceptance of the investment decisions in sphere of the current activity of the enterprise in conditions of risk; a technique of research and equipment: receptions of theoretical generalization and comparisons, questionnaire and expert ratings, economic-statistical analysis, method of formalization, analysis, synthesis, system and situation approaches, economic-mathematical methods (imitating modeling, tree of the decisions, portfolio and scenario analysis, trend regression analysis, theory of games); theoretical and practical results: the methodical approach to the complex analysis of investments’ risk of the enterprise’s current activity is offered, the definition of the investment project’s risk is improved, essence and contents of investment’s management of process’ stages in the enterprise’s current activity and model of account of the discount’s rate are advanced, have received the further development: methodical maintenance to definition of risk under conditions of forecasting of production sale’s volumes in view of the manufacture seasonal prevalence’s factor, formation of realization portfolio’s optimum structure by criterion of its maximal profitability, definition of production’s price strategy with orientation on the purpose of the investor, account’s technology of a parameter "the price of risk"; the practical value of the received results consists in the introduction of the developed offers and methodical recommendations will allow to determine risks of the multigrocery project, to forecast their key parameters and to select a prime direction of the enterprise effective activities’ maintenance; a subject and degree of introduction: the development are entered into practical activity "Kharkov bearing factory", Kharkov electrotechnical factory "Ukrelectromash", for preparation of the experts on a speciality "Management of organizations"; sphere of use: practical activity of the enterprises, educational process.
