Development of tourism enterprises featured by instability that makes preconditions for usage of internet-marketing. Theoretical and methodical grounding and development of organizational and economic mechanism of increase of services sales volume at tourism enterprises on the basis of internet-marketing. Methods of research are measurement based on census, probability and determinative samples; correlation, regression and dispersion analysis; modeling; formalization. Internet-marketing mix of tourism services is proposed. Factors that influence effectiveness of internet-marketing of tourism services are revealed. Methods of measure of internet-marketing effectiveness of tourism services are developed. Sphere of use is the tourism industry.
