Prokopenko B. Clinical value of dynamic surface tension and parameters of blood serum rheometry in patients with acute renal failure.

Object - acute renal failure (ARF) patients. The goal of the study is the optimisation of treatment ARF patients. Methods of the study - laboratory, clinical and instrumental. Novelty: the change of physical and chemical properties of whey of blood in patients with acute disfunction of kidneys has been studied for the first time and also at the subsequent development of multiple organ failure (MOF). Results: in the dissertation prediction at the earliest stages of MOF in ARF patients by means of application of parameters tensiometry and rheometry wheys of blood is scientifically grounded. Prediction at the earliest stages of MOF allows to apply the differentiated treatment of the basic disease and to reduce lethality on 15.5%. The results were introduced in the medical hospitals.
