Martsenyuk Y. Сardial arhythmias at the children with the prolaps of mitral valve and ways of their treatment

The dissertation for the degree of the candidate of medical sciences in specialty 14.01.10 - Pediatrics. - National Medical University named after O.O. Bogomolets, Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2006. Complex research of frequencies, character and clinical features of arhythmias at the children with the prolaps of mitral valve were developed. The condition of central hemogynamic and functional ability of myocardium had different character, which is connected to vegetative homeostasis and the basic disease for secondary prolaps of mitral valve. Features of a condition of vegetative nervous system, including variability of a heart rhythm and dynamics of its parameters were complex estimated. At the children with сardial arhythmias on background of prolaps of mitral valve changes from the daily allowance by an electrocardiogram-pattern of repolarisation are revealed and their dynamics by functional test with the dosed out physical activity are investigated. The changes of adenylic systems ofblood which reflects power exchange are present in these patients. The plan of the differentiated therapy of violations of cardiac rhythm at the children with the prolaps of mitral valve is done in dependence of degrees of pathology of rhythm and conductivity, daily analysis SТ-Т according to Holter's monitoring, Echo - and Dopplerechocardiography, the changes of adenylic systems, a degree of tolerance to physical activity and reductions in quality of a life is offered.
