Saltovs'kyj O. Influence medicamentous and physical factors on a condition of an organism pregnant of artificial abortions of late periods.

Object of the study: Late artificial abortions. Purpose of the study: To determine the influence of drugs and physical factors on the state of the organism in pregnant at late arti-ficial abortions using the traditional and the original methods. Methods of the study: Clinical, immunological, immunoenzyme, radioimmune, methods, tocography, ultrasonography, Doppler study, statistical analysis. Practical significance: The performed research allowed to work out and introduce into the work a new effective and safe method of late artificial abortions according to medical and social indications with the use of physical factors (local cooling). The use of the new method allows reducing the term of the hospital stay and the cost of the drugs, decrease maternal death and the number of complica-tions in this group of women, which is in accordance with the na-tional policy in the field of reproductive health pursued in Ukraine. Novelty of the obtained results: For the first time, hormonal im-munological state andtocographic parameters were studied in women who underwent late artificial abortions using drugs and physical methods. The influence of intra-amnion administration of the drugs, intracervical administration of prostaglandins Е1 on the state of the organism in pregnant at late artificial abortions was studied for the first time. New approaches to late artificial abortions were worked out. The efficacy of local cooling of hypogastric area was scientifically substantiated and proved. The mechanism of its action both at independent use and together with prostaglandins was investigated. Introduction: The suggested method of late artificial abortion was introduced into the work of maternity departments of Regional Clinical Hospital, maternity hospitals No. 1, 4, 5, 7. Theoretical and practical recommendations of the work are used in the teaching process at obstetrics and gynecology departments No. 1 and No. 2 of Kharkiv State Medical University, department of perinatology and gynecology of Kharkiv Medical Academy for Post-graduate Training.
