Rudenko A. Administrative legislation: formation and administration

The dissertation is dedicated to researching the problems of administrative legislation in Ukraine, its administration taking into account the legal implementation of the Administrative Legislation Code of Ukraine. The concept of administrative legislation has been formulated and its differences from the concepts of "administrative justice", "administrative process", "administrative jurisdiction" have been found. The author's classification of administrative legal proceeding principles is proposed and their content is disclosed. The tasks and legislative principles of administrative legislation have been expounded. An attempt has been made to differentiate between the jurisdiction of administrative courts and economic ones. The system of trying legal disputes by administrative courts has been adduced and the author's opinion concerning the resolution of some procedural issues in carrying out administrative legal proceedings has been proposed. The guarantees of legality in administrative legal proceedings have been formulated and the principal guarantees of realizing the availability in administrative legislation have been disclosed
