Nazarenko O. The international agreements in system of sources of Constitutional Law of Ukraine.

The thesis presented is dedicated to the characteristic of the modern structure of the sources of the Constitutional Law of Ukraine and to the studying of the international agreements of Ukraine as a kind of sources of the Constitutional Law of Ukraine. In the dissertation research are displayed the essence and the characteristics of the international agreements of Ukraine as the source of the Constitutional Law of Ukraine, as well as the problems of theirs correlation with the Constitution of Ukraine and the Ukrainian laws. On the basis of the executed monitoring of the current international agreements of Ukraine was offered the classification of the international agreements of Ukraine as the sources of the Constitutional Law of Ukraine. The special consideration in the thesis are given to the characteristic of the current legislation of Ukraine in the area of the international agreements and to the proposals regarding it's improvement.
