Essay

The theoretical and practical aspects of forming of the trade networks in food retail trade are determined in thesis. The grounds og forming of the trade networks are determined on the basis of the main development tendentious of the world economy and Ukrainian economics. The classification of the trade networks and notions "corporative trade network", "the strategy of forming of the trade networks" are given. The state regulation of the trade networks development process is grounded. There has been analyzed the process of forming and development of the trade networks in food retail trade of Ukraine. The paper suggests the strategic approaches of corporative trade networks forming. There has been developed the classification of customers with psychological consciousness aspects, influence factors on the organization of trade supply in the corporative trade networks. There has been improved a system of corporative trade networks and retail trade microenvironment elements' interaction.
