The thesis is devoted to the research of the system of permanent commissions of representative councils of local self-government, their role, powers, forms and methods of activity. The author has analyses the modern system of permanent commissions of representative councils of local self-government in Ukraine. Theoretical models of the order of formation of the permanent commissions, legitimization and division of their powers, improvement of organizational forms and methods of activity have been developed. The dissertation has formulated concept grounded new conclusion and proposals on the issuers under investigation.
