Antoshkina V. Contract regulation of the relations of spouses

The author has defined the most significant theoretical and practical problems, concerning the contract regulation of the relations of spouses. The correlation of the role of legal and contract regulation of the property relations of spouses have been researched in this work. The author has defined the notion “the contract of spouses”. For the first time, the researcher has analyzed an application of the principle of the freedom of contract in the process of regulation of the property relations of spouses. The author has made a comprehensive legal analysis of the contracts in family law and defined their specific features; and developed a classification of the contracts of spouses.
