It is developed the practical technology for researching and checking dynamic characteristics of candidates for operators during visual stochastic information read-out and reproduction. It is formed the set of criterial parameters to characterize quality of the operator's work in a control system during visual stochastic information read-out and reproduction. It is carried out the structural identification of dynamics models of operators' "visual channels". They are built and analysed rating tables taking into account the change of criterial parameters of researched operators' groups. On the basis of special processing experimental data of various operators' groups it is proved the significant influence on change of dynamics models' parameters of person - operator's "the visual channel" of such factors, as age of the person, a features of his physiology, time of continuous operation and amount of trainings. It is established dependence of dynamics models of operators' " the visual channels " duringtheir work in the closed loop of control to features of dynamics of controls' object (model of the plane channel). The suggested methodology for researching and checking dynamic characteristics of candidates for operators can be used to select the future operators for the automated manufactures of different industries, for example - for initial selection of the future pilots.
