Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the research of grain raw crushing. The new way of crushing and construction of grinder in which crushing occurs due to compress-shifting deformations by balls during reusable deforming have been proposed. It has been installed the influence grinder constructive-kinematical parameters on the ready product granulometric content. It has been substantiated the rational constructive-kinematical parameters as well as technique of ready product quality and productivity of grinder estimation. Efficiency of using of new way of crushing for grain raw with different structural-mechanical characteristics crushing has been proven. The industrial-experimental model has been made and researches in industrial conditions have been carried out. Keywords: ball grinder, constructive parameters, granulometric content, grain raw.
