The theses deals with reduction in frequency of pubertal period pathology in teenager girls with extragenital pathology by means of elaboration of complex of diagnostic and preventive and treatment measures. The clinical peculiarities of pubertal period, hormonal homeostasis in teenager girls with pubertal bleeding, secondary amenorrhea, hypomenstrual syndrome against the background of extragenital pathology have been determined on the basis of ultrasound study, hormonal examination and immunoassay. It has been proved that dysharmonious development, disorders of biological maturation and pubescence are the precursors of disorders of menstrual function in girls with somatic pathology, while the risk of ovarian hyperandrogeny increases with increase of secretion of luteinizing hormone, prolactin and reduction in production of sex hormone binding globulin. The diagnostic and prognostic value of investigation of levels of insulin-like growth factors-1 and sex hormone binding globulin, as well as perinataland prepubertal factors of reproductive health disorders in girls with somatic pathology have been defined.Complex of preventive and treatment measures aimed at the correction of hormonal and metabolic changes in teenagers with somatic pathology has been suggested; the prognostic factors of their efficiency have been determined.
