Theoretical summarizing and new solution of the scientific problem consisting in revelation of mechanisms of secondary metabolic damages development attendant clinical - metabolic damages under prenatal hypoxic defeats of cerebrum in newborns and infants are presented in research. Based on complex biochemical research of content of free heparin, free serotonin, free histamine in plasma under prenatal hypoxic defeats of cerebrum in newborns and infants the presence of secondary metabolic damages forming endogenic metabolic intoxication syndrome are determined. New ways of diagnostics of congenital defects of cerebrum caused by hypoxic defeats of cerebrum in prenatal period are worked up. Using medicaments with antihypoxic, membrane - stabilizing and antioxidant effect in complex treatment of prenatal hypoxic defeats of cerebrum in newborns and infants is based.
