Themasters thesis is devoted to the research of constructively technoiogical parameters of the processes in the forming of a dougn rope with fillings. Themethodic of the definition of the rational constructivele technological parameters of the forming device is made. The calkuiation of the process of forming the rope with the filling is made on the basis of the analysis of the accepted variants of a forming device and the mtchavism of interrelatsons in the system of matrix product. The forming process parameters are proved concerning reological features of a raw material. To evaluate the reliability of a theoretic method which is given in the masters thesis, the experimental re - searches were carried out. The experiments were made to determine a speed movement of the rope and the pressure of working chambers of the doughminced rope components.
