The dissertational research work is dedicated to the actual problem of culture formation in the pupils of 5-9-th forms on the labour training lessons in the process of studying technical kinds of work. The essence of notion "working culture of secondary school pupils" and it's basic elements are grounded in the work. The plot and peculiarities of working culture formation in the pupils are opened according to the new studying programme, which is based on the project technological approach.
