Lytovchenko S. Specificity of training of people with hearing disorders in higher educational institutions

In the dissertation on the basis of the analysis of philosophical, psychological pedagogical and statistical sources it is certain, that today in Ukraine of maintenance of availability of higher education of persons with hearing disorder it is characterized by the contradiction between the amplified activity of persons of the specified category directed on reception of higher education, and pedagogical conditions of realization of similar activity available in higher educational institutions. Theoretically given problem also completely not. The purpose of research - theoretically to prove and develop a complex of organizational-pedagogical conditions of training of persons with hearing disorder in higher educational. During research the literature shining domestic and foreign experience of professional higher education of persons with hearing disorder is studied. The analysis of features of development of an education system of persons with hearing disorder in averages special (now higher educational institutions I-II of levels of accreditation) and higher educational institutions.
