Essay

Development of the main criteria of the existence of a bacterial system providing long-term functioningof a microorganism which has useful properties for plants. To develop on the basis of binary bacterial cultures the two-component bacterial system serving as a prototype of a inoculant for plant. Modern molecular biological, microbiological and biochemical methods are used. A novel approach to develop wide range of inoculant іs based on the creation of two-component system based on binary bacterial culture: one component is beneficial for plants while another one produces the metabolites to sustain the vitality of the first one.The key component of the system is the ЕPS-synthesizing bacterium Paenibacillus sp. IMBG 156 isolated from the natural source, zeolite Thus zeolite has been used as an immobilizing agent in the system developed.The study has resulted in development of key technological stages of manufacturing binary cultures Paenibacillus sp. IMBG 156 - a bacterium-partner. The field of usege is the agriculture.
