Theoretical and practice aspects of Primary School would-be teachers' training aimed at pedagogical guidance of the pupils' independent work is considered in the dissertation.The unity of the aspects and professional orientation of all kinds of the students' independent work make the basis for the definition of the pedagogical conditions, content, specific nature and particular features of this process. It defines the factors of the effective influence on motivation and development of the students' interest in the performing of important pedagogical functions such as planning, organization, correction and stimulation of the independent work. The would-be teachers' readiness for pedagogical guidance of the pupils' independent work is revealed as professional qualification. The conceptional model of the process and the ways of the students independent work's reorganization, its individualization, the methods of achievement of its professional orientation are offered in our work.
