Tsihanovska O. Shaping of the social-economic premises of rural territory development

Object of research: process of formation of social and economic preconditions of development of rural territories. The purpose of research: theoretical-methodical substantiation on the basis of the complex analysis of a modern condition of development of rural territories, their social and economic preconditions with application cluster schemes; directions of formation of middle class on village; ways of the decision of social problems. Methods: a dialectic method of knowledge, monographic, the comparative analysis, abstract-logic, graphic. Theoretical and practical results: transition to technologies cluster management of economy in social and economic activities is proved. The model of social and economic development of rural territories on cluster basis is offered. Models industrial and social clusters are developed, their role in development of rural territories is certain. Mechanisms of social protection of agricultural population are advanced. Economic and organizational factors of revival of village are revealed. Scientific novelty: theoretical bases of development of rural territories are investigated. Rational association of their activity with branch and territorial management of agrarian economy is specified criteria and classification of territories and areas, structures of self-government institutions in social sphere regional agrarian systems, the role, key parameters and features of rural territories, and also various forms of managing in formation of middle class on village is certain. A degree of introduction: results of research are used by Central administrative board of an agriculture and the foodstuffs Vinnitsa oblast state administration, Management of agroindustrial development Vinnitsa regional state administration, in educational process of Vinnitsa institute of economy Ternopol state economic university. Efficiency: use of results of research will assist maintenance of effective social development of rural territories in a transition period of economy.
