The thesis is devoted to investigating the clinico-pathogenic effect of complex enzyme and angiotensin blocker II therapy in treating patients (118) with myocardial infarction, complicated with postinfarction syndrome and autoimmunological complications. Wobenzyme (6 draggle per 24 hours) correct effectively disorders of the immune status and processes of lipid peroxidation. Positive effect of edditional prescription of the candesartan is reached in 86,7% patients
