The dissertation deals with one of the important problems of modern applied biophysics (medical and ecological biophysics) - the development of quantitative and qualitative criteria in an estimation of influence of the new synthesized toxic chemical substances on alive organisms. At the first time the degree of intoxication of animals under the influence of different doses of xenobiotics has been estimated according to the indices of biochemiluminescent (BChL) dynamics of experimental ani-mals' blood serum. News is the quantitative criteria for pa-rameters of dynamic BChL curves, determining a degree of xenobiotics cumulation, have been estimated in the present work. The application of BChL method at the indication of allergic and skin-resorbtical properties of xenobiotics, stability of xenobiotic water solutions, and in the estimation of the state of health of chemical units' staff has been
