Pereverzyeva O. The international commercial arbitration for settlement of disputes in the sphere of trade navigation.

In the thesis the legal nature of the international commercial arbitration court in the sphere of trading navigation is investigated, that is formed for the settlement of special categories of disputes, namely for disputes which have commercial character, and derive from civil law, mainly, trading and sea contracts, and also what contains in itself "a foreign element". Today the arbitration has made a great progress and success and is a leading legal mechanism of regulation of commercial disputes. For a long time recognition and application of arbitration considerably differed in the different countries - within last 30 years there was a process of rapprochement of kinds, concepts of arbitration as the common legal concept in general. So, in 50th the arbitration in London considerably differed from arbitration in New York, Tokyo, Paris or Zurich whereas today key parameters of arbitration become similar or identical. It is necessary to estimate a consensus which has been reached by a wide exchange of thoughts in all aspects of the international commercial arbitration court as the positive phenomenon.
