The thesis covers the issues of prophylactics and treatment of obstetric and perinatal disorders in pregnant, exposed to radiation in pre-and puberty age due to the accident at Chernobyl NPP.The complex of prophylactics-treatment measures has been suggested, which is differentiated by the changes of hormones of hypophysis-thyroid gland-fetoplacental unit. It's efficacy in prevention of obstetric and perinatal disorders development has been proved.
