Essay

An object is the process of forming of food safety of regional level of period of transformation of economy of Ukraine. A purpose is development of theory-methodological and practical principles of forming of food safety. Research methods: systems analysis supervision, historical, specification, analogy, averages, cross-correlation, graphic, financial analysis, formalization and imitation design induction and abstraction. The theoretical, methodical and practical questions of forming of food safety of regional level of Ukraine are in-process investigational theory-methodical principles of decision-making are considered in relation to placing of regional productive forces, which unlike existent approaches considerations territorial, demographic and naturally-resources factors of reproductive process. The prognosis of food safety is carried out on a prospect taking into account demographic, socio-economic and ecological factors design of development and placing of productive forces of regions. Research results are approved and is used in-process Ministry of agrarian policy and National agrarian university. The organs of state administration are the sphere of the use.
