Kireeva O. Public administration of development of intellectual resources in Ukraine: theoretical and methodological aspect

The object is the process of society intellectual resources development. The aim is the theoretical and methodical basing of trends and ways of improvement of public administration of the Ukrainian society intellectual resources development. The method are dialectical, system, structural, functional, corporative analysis, modelling, generalization. The scientific novelty is in: the notion of "intellectual resources" is defined for the first time; social and dynamic model of process of intellectual resources reproduction is developed; main components of society intellectual resources are determined; the notions of "intellectual potential" and "intellectual capital" are defined. The practical meaning of the received result lies in their usage in the activity of executive bodies and bodies of local government, for further scientific study of intellectual resources phenomenon, in process of teaching program.
