Lysionkova N. Organizational-economic provision of enterprises competitiveness on the base of the improvement of quality management systems

Purpose: development of scientific-methodological positions on creation and introduction of the organizational-economic providing of competitiveness enterprise on the basis of improvement of the systems of quality management. Object: processes providing competitiveness enterprises on the basis of increasing their products. Object: theoretical and methodological bases of the organizational-economic providing of competitiveness enterprises by the improvement of the systems quality management of products. Methods: systems complex approach; method of economic and mathematic design; method of statistical analysis; method of expert estimations. Scientific novelty of results: methodological approach is developed on reformation of the system of quality management of enterprise (with the definition of composition and scales of necessary changes) taking into account the degree of its accordance to the operating standards; descriptions of constituents of quality management and definite their role and place at continuous one perfection of quality are systematized; methodological bases of computation integral criterion of competitiveness products, on the basis of definition of partial criteria estimation of quality are developed; composition of criteria of quality products for the decision of high-quality component competitiveness enterprise and path of rise competitiveness enterprise for the modern stage of development economy is systematized; systems of criteria of comparative analysis of enterprises with the inculcated systems of management by the cost of products and enterprises with the systems of quality management are offered. The practical value of the got results consists in the grant organizationally - economic recommendations in relation to the decision of estimation of level of development of the system of quality, the directions are formed of improvement of management by enterprise, that allows to strengthen competition position of enterprise. Results of research were inculcated in activity of " UBC - PROMO" and "Turboatom" ( Kharkov ). Industry of introduction: industrial enterprises, educational process.
