Filinyuk V. The image word in the system of the poetic text of Emma Andiyevska.

The thesis is devoted to the research of language-image system of the poetic text as a dynamic phenomenon, to the specificity of image word as a important component of Emma Andiyevska's poetic idiolect. The text is determined as a special semantic-syntactic system with all the complex interrelations of its parts and units of different language levels. The main dynamic components of the poetic text are the titles, context, image means (epithet, comparison, metaphor). In the investigation there is a characteristic of the epithetic, comparative and metaphoric constructions of Emma Andiyevska's poetic language. Their semantic organization is described, the main groups of vocabulary, represented in the image constructions, are determined. The various ways of grammatical expression of the image means and the role of different parts of speech in the image composing in the poetic texts are analyzed. The functional peculiarities of the image word in Emma Andiyevska's poetry are researched.
