The doctoral thesis is dedicated to the research of theoretical and practical problems connected with legal relations in the sphere of privatization. Generally the thesis is contemporary investigation of the theoretical fundamentals of privatization and corresponding national legislation as a civil law institute which correlates it's positions with the norms of administrative, financial and other branches of law. The author put under research such problems as the matter and legal nature of "privatization". Аuthor proposed new approaches to solve the problem of distinction of privatization transactions.
