Oganezov A. Enterprises restrukturization of canned fruits industry in Ukrainian economic transformation process

Object is process of enterprises restructurization of canned fruits industry ander conditions of economic transformation in Ukraine. The aim of the research is working out of restructurization concept ways of enterprises restructurization of canned fruits industry and folloving practical recommendations as to realisation as a method of increasing a food safety level and peoples standard of living. Research methods: supervision and comparison, generalization, systematization, classification, analysis and synthesis, quantitative, high-quality and abstractly-logic analysis. Peculiarities of structural transformation of the economy and enterprises restructurization as transformation processes component was examined in this work. The author revealed functional ways to carry out the enterprises restructurization, based on these ways the essence and classification of restructurization was specified and enterprises restructurization of canned fruit industry concept was grounded. The necessity of factory productive capacity restructurization was grounded, and appropriate calculation was made. The organization forms optimization and the management structure in the context of corporative restructurization and criterions systematization of diagnostics necessity to hold the enterprises restructurization was suggested.Enterprises are the sphere of the use.
