Averina О. The economical fundamentals management of land resources

Object: economic processes that accompany the formation of the system of managing land tenures, the factors of the development of land relations under the modern conditions of managing and their influence on using land resourses. Purpose: carrying out the scientific and methodological fundamentals of the system of managing land tenures under the conditions of reforming land relations. Methods: a system method, monographic, analytical, balance, accounting and-constructive, economic and statistical. Results: improved and introduced methods of forming the system of managing land tenures. Novelty: the model of managing land tenures in the administrative district has been -grounded. The system of approaches to the economic substantiation of the measures of land resources management, which is based on comparing the useful effect and the material and labour resources used for achieving this effect, has been improved. The theoretical and methodological aspects of managing land resources in the system of the market mechanism of management as well as the economic factors of raising efficiency of using land resources at he regional and basic levels have been developed. The dependence of using land efficiency on such factors as provision with land, cost of the main or circulating funds, soil quality and production expenses have been exposed at the basic level. The proposals as to conservation of degraded and low efficiency land in the administrative districts of Kharkiv region have been carried out.
