Butenko T. The formation of the market of information and advice services in the agrarian sector of economy

Object: the process of formation and development of the infrastructure of the system of information and advice services of the agricultural enterprises. Purpose: systematization and improvement of the theoretical and methodological propositions of the formation of the market system of spreading agricultural knowledge and information as well as carrying out the propositions as to its development at the regional level using the potential of agrarian educational establishments with the purpose of provision with the complex rendering of agroconsulting services. Methods: system, monographic, historical and evolution, abstract and logical, economic and statistical, calculating and constructive, questioning and others. Results: the recommendations as to the further development of the infrastructure of the market of agroconsulting services at the regional and local levels as well as the recommendations dealing with the reformation of agrarian universities' activity with the purpose of development of the advice direction of their work have been carried out and introduced. Newness: the grounding of the necessity and preconditions of forming the valuable market of agroconsulting services. The conception of the further development of the infrastructure of the regional market of information, consulting, scientific and introducing services in Kharkiv region have been offered. The integration model of the organization of Extension-activity in agrarian universities has been carried out.
